The hotel's decoration was exquisite, with charming furniture and beautiful fabrics that made me feel like I had stepped into a luxurious home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had a convenient location, close to the main square, allowing me to easily navigate the city's attractions without getting tired.
I would have asked for better accessibility for senior people, such as handrails in the staircase or an elevator. The young staff working at the hotel were friendly and helpful, but sometimes it would have been nice to have someone who understood the needs of older guests a little better.
